Jaxon has arrived! You've probably figured that out by now since I haven't been around for the past few weeks, but I'm happy to say that after 22 hours of labor, and ultimately a C-Section, baby & mom are doing great!
Of course, Jaxon's arrival means some changes to my routine, and that includes workouts. I was originally scheduled to take off last week and this week, however it looks like LA Fitness didn't get the message, so I'm going to suck it up and truck it in tomorrow morning & Friday morning to teach class.
As of now, I'm not planning any major changes to Spinning schedules, either at LA Fitness or the Rivers Club, but I won't be showing up early to LA Fitness right now for strength workouts. That may eventually change, but for now, no commitments.
So, that's the general plan through the end of February. After that time, Kelly will be back to work and my mornings will get more hectic with having to drop Jax of at daycare. It's likely at that point I'll be dropping Monday & Wednesday morning Spin classes at LA Fitness. I'm going to try my hardest to keep Friday and possibly add a Thursday morning, but I will obviously keep everyone up to date. The good news for you LA Fitness goers, Janice is working on getting certified and I'm guessing she'll be taking over Monday & Wednesdays!
Well, that's it for now peeps. Like I said, I'll be back at the Rivers Club for regular classes next week & covering my LA classes this week and for the foreseeable future.
