Week of 5/21


Last week was an excellent training week...although I'm not really training for anything right now! Actually

I will not be teaching at the Rivers Club this Tuesday. I will work to find a sub, but Dale has already said that he can't do it. If I'm unable to find someone, I recommend jumping on a bike anyway, cranking up the music, and riding like crazy!

Tuesday -LA Fitness @ 6:45 pm
Wednesday - LA Fitness @ 5:45 am,  Rivers Club @ Lunch
Friday -LA Fitness @ 5:45 am

Tuesday -LA Fitness @ 5:00 am -Running & Swimming
Wednesday -LA Fitness @ 5:00 am -Strength Training /Stretching
Thursday -LA Fitness @ 5:00 am - Running & Swimming
Friday -LA Fitness @ 5:00am -Endurance Ride, I will have my road bike on a trainer, feel free to do the same but you can certainly use the indoor bikes at the gym
Saturday -Possibly a Short Run
Sunday - Recovery
