Okay, finally a chance to post a real schedule! Sorry for being away quite so long, it was just a crazy few weeks with work, marathon training & everything else going on. Here's the plan for this week. Hope to see you at the gym!

Tuesday -LA Fitness @ 6:45 pm, Rivers Club @ Lunch
Wednesday - LA Fitness @ 5:45 am,  Rivers Club @ Lunch
Friday -LA Fitness @ 5:45 am

Monday - LA Fitness @ 5:00am -Strength Training
Tuesday -LA Fitness @ 5:00 am -Running & Swimming
Wednesday -LA Fitness @ 5:00 am -Strength Training /Stretching
Thursday -LA Fitness @ 5:00 am - Running & Swimming
Friday -LA Fitness @ 5:00am -Endurance Ride
Saturday -Short Run
Sunday - Recovery
