Looks like we're in for quite a cold spell over the next few weeks so your best bet is to stay indoors and show up to one of my classes! The schedule's below. We'll do a mix of Race to Anyplace training at LA Fitness and other interval training at the Rivers Club. An important note about the Rivers Club is that I won't be able to make it to class this Tuesday. I will do my best to find a sub and keep the team posted via twitter & facebook. I also know that Nancy is looking for a sub at the Rivers Club for her Monday afternoon class and I haven't heard if she's found one yet either.
