Week of January 6


Finally, we are back to a regular week! Sure the gym may be a bit busier these days, but don't worry, it's likely to return to normal in a few weeks!

With that in mind, if you see someone new, instead of laughing and thinking to yourself 'you'll be gone in a week,' take the high road! Say hello, encourage them to join a class, maybe even get a phone number (but only if you're single).

Anyway, hope to see you at one of the workouts this week!
