Free Marathon Training
Hey all, lot's to tell you about this week! I've almost finished up the training plan for the five Pittsburgh Marathon runners I'll be working with over the next two months. There's still time to try and be one of the five. I have several interested, and can't pick everyone, but even if you don't end up being selected for the free coaching, you'll still get a free training plan! The American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation reports that nearly 70 percent of runners will develop a related injury. Statistically speaking, that makes running one of the most dangerous sports out there!

Join us for a brief overview of the Chi Running technique.  Learn how to run with more energy and efficiency, while preventing injury by applying the basic movement concepts of Tai Chi to your running.
