Free Marathon Training
Hey all, lot's to tell you about this week! I've almost finished up the training plan for the five Pittsburgh Marathon runners I'll be working with over the next two months. There's still time to try and be one of the five. I have several interested, and can't pick everyone, but even if you don't end up being selected for the free coaching, you'll still get a free training plan!
