Free Coachinng, Your Race 2 Anyplace Space & the Weekly Schedule

We have a few a few topics to cover this weekend including the Race to Anyplace, the five people I'll be training for free, and the weekly schedule. Read on for more on each subject!

Race to Any Place Update

Okay racers, we have 5 spots left! If you don't see your name on the official roster (click here to see the roster) just email me and we'll get you set up! I've also put the 2013 results next to your name which will help us decide who should be on the Race team and who should be on the JV team...although you're still not guaranteed either team. We will make final assignments after everyone's finished training!

Free Marathon Training

I'm looking for five people that are interested in training for the Pittsburgh Marathon. I will set you up with a plan to take you all the way to race day for free!

On top of your plan, I'll also work with you for two months online to help tweak each training week based on your prior weeks accomplishments.

What's the catch, why am I giving away free training? Because it's something I like to do! I have a few new ideas on coaching and want to apply them for a few months with some dedicated friends and clients.

Because I've got quite a few projects I'm working on right now, including a full time job, Spinning, and most importantly being a dad & husband, I do have to be strict on the 5 person cap. The spots will go on a first come first serve basis, so let me know right away.

What You'll Need
  • A heart rate monitor that records your entire workout and can be uploaded to the internet AND/OR a GPS watch that also has the ability to upload data to the internet
  • Internet access & commitment to upload your workouts at least once per week
  • Three days per week to commit to running
  • Willingness to use TrainingPeaks (I can get you premium account access for $11 per month) OR commitment to use another, free, online spreadsheet or journal
