This Week's TdF Schedule!

Two classes this week, both at LA Fitness beginning at 5:00 am! Don't want to show up early? No worries, join us at the regularly scheduled 5:45 am time and still get a great workout in!

Tuesday, Stage 16

Yep, we'll be climbing. This will be one that grinds out your legs all the way through class. Thank god I have a massage scheduled for later Tuesday morning (you might want to consider doing the same!).




Friday, Stage 19
Not anywhere near the amount of climbing we will see on Tuesday, but that only means we'll be able to pick up the pace and move fast throughout the ride. Be prepared for plenty of sprints, and maybe even a few jumps just for fun!
