Weekly Schedule, Halloween Party & The Race to Any Place

Finally, I think we're going to have a somewhat normal week (except at the Rivers Club) AND have our Halloween party is on (even thought it will be a day late). Check out the schedule below, and in case you missed it last week, an update on the Race to Any Place.

The Halloween Party For Real, Race to Any Place, & Weekly Schedule

Oh my god, it's going to be a crazy week. We're going to do the Halloween Party on Friday AND it's time to register for the Race to Any Place!

First, the Race to Any Place. That's right, we're putting the team back together for a run at the Championship again. Over the past two years the Space Monkey Mafia has taken first place in the division we've competed in. I plan on making this the third year in a row! If you rode last year, I expect you to click on this link right now (no, I mean it....NOW!), read what you need to do to register, and register! The second awesome thing going down this week is the LA Fitness Halloween party! Yes, I know we already changed it to November 1, but I've been able to move some things around with my travel schedule and we've got the all clear for this Friday! Friday's "Red Line, Bulletproof, Jello Shot Extravaganza Class"

We've been talking about a red line, one hour ride at LA Fitness for quite some time now. Well here it is! Mark your calendars for Friday, September 27th. Class will start at 5:05am (instead of the regular 545am) and after a good 20 minute warm up we'll hammer the intensity for a full hour. The awesomeness won't end their either, you'll want to stick around for a few minutes after class for a post ride celebration!
