Into October!

I love being a bakner! We'll, I love working in banking I should say (they don't let me touch the money). I'm off on a long, Columbus day weekend, so I won't be around the gym Monday morning. The rest of the week however looks pretty standard as far as Spin classes go. For the other morning workouts, we're going to play it by ear this week. I'll definitely be in for them, we'll just wait to see what we feel like doing each morning.

I promise to bring a little more structure to the AM workouts again soon!

Monday -LA Fitness @ 5:45 am SUB REQUESTED (I won't be in)
Tuesday -Rivers Club @ Lunch, -LA Fitnes @ 6:45pm
Wednesday -LA Fitness @ 5:45 am
Friday -LA Fitness @ 5:45 am
*I will ride all classes at Zone 2 pace unless you see an *. Remember, just because I'm at Zone 2, doesn't mean you can't go harder (just make sure it's Zone 4 and not 3 if you do!)
