Weekly Schedule, the Beer Mile, and Training Plans

Thanks to everyone who came out for our first annual beer mile! The event was super low key, but we still had about 15 participants and are looking forward to continuing this new tradition next year (so if you didn't participate in 2014 you'll get another chance!).

Kick Off the Holiday Season with a Plan!

I've been working hard over the past month to build new personal training plans and am now offering them as monthly packages! You'll learn what you need to know in our first one-on-one, in-person training session. After the initial monthly meeting you'll be coached for the next 30 days online! I'll track your stats and progress each week, then adjust your plan for the next week's workouts.
