Boot Camp Kick Off

Thanks to all who came out for our first night of Boot Camp! We have 4 days left and it's not to late to sign up, you'll still get your moneys worth (just ask anyone who showed up today). We did about 2 weeks worth of work in 1.5 hours!

So far we've raised $280 for the National MS Society. Even if you're not up for camp, we'd love your donation! Just shoot me a message and I'll get some raffle tickets your way!

  1. Day 3 tonight, so far so good! Yesterday's legs workout was WAY better than the first night's core (for me at least). I did wake up this morning pretty sore. Abs, lower back and thighs more than anything. Here's hoping that tonight goes as smoothly as last night!

    On a related note, I hear there is an event going on at the high school Thursday evening that may very well dominate the entire field leaving us with nowhere to train. Just wanted to put that on the radar in case it required us to relocate.

    Thanks for everything so far Ken! It hasn't been easy, but it is satisfying at the end of the night.

  2. I have to admit I like running a lap between sets! I'm trying to increase my endurance and this has really pushed me!! Keep it coming for the next 3 days! Oh, and I think you need to bring the whistle!

  3. Thanks for the great workouts Ken! It has been fun to mix up my normal routine with your different moves. The bleachers were a great challenge! Late yesterday, my core was a little sore. Today, it is rather sore. I love a sore core! Thanks!
