Not too much to say about this upcoming week other than if you're training for the Turkey Trot it's time to kick it into high gear! Don't forget to fill out the Spreadsheet so we know who's running and who's dogging their workouts!
Also, there are a few changes going on with the TrainingPeaks site & how we're going to plan on using it, so check back for some info on that soon!
