So as most everyone knows by now, we're trying Training Peaks online training software. It's free for the first month of our trail and I'm hoping to set as many of you up as possible to see if you like it. The more people we get who want to keep using it, the cheaper it will be for us all (I'm thinking about $5 per month).
For your investment, you'll get all my workouts added to your online calendar, a place to log your workouts, nutrition & other fitness metrics. If you're training for something specific, I'll help you set up a personalized plan (which you would never get for $5 anywhere else!).
